Luxe Kaftans accepts eligible returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return provided the item meets the eligibility conditions stated below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must:

Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Be unworn, unused and in its original condition.
Have all original tags and packaging where applicable.
Show no signs of alteration, washing, damage or use.
Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

How to Request a Return

Before returning an item, please contact Luxe Kaftans through WhatsApp or email and provide your order details and the reason for the return.

Our team will confirm the return instructions and advise whether the product should be returned to our store or sent through an approved delivery or courier service.

Return Delivery Costs

If a return is requested because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection or another customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return delivery cost.

If Luxe Kaftans supplied an incorrect, damaged or defective product, Luxe Kaftans will arrange or cover the reasonable return delivery cost.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 5–7 working days. The time taken for the funds to appear may also depend on the payment method or financial institution used for the original purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order information together with clear photographs of the product.

Our team will review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement, exchange or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

Exchange requests are subject to product and size availability. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can confirm whether the preferred replacement is available.

Where an exchange is not available, an eligible return may instead be processed according to this refund policy.

Items That May Not Be Eligible for Return

Luxe Kaftans reserves the right to decline a return where the product has been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise returned in a condition different from the condition in which it was supplied.

Any additional exclusions that apply to a particular product or promotion will be clearly communicated before purchase where applicable.
